1. Signing Up to Locum

Q: How do I sign up as a locum doctor on WorkWiz?

A: Download our mobile app from the App Store or Play Store using the links below:

Once downloaded, sign up as a locum doctor. If you need further assistance, please email us at hello@work-wiz.com.

2. Information Disclosure

Q: What information do I need to disclose and why?

A: To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we require certain information from you:

  • Practicing Certificate: We ask for your Practicing Certificate to verify that all our healthcare professionals are qualified. This is essential as we have an automated system where clinics can select locums based on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • Complete Address: Providing your complete residential address is necessary to comply with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines and to maintain accurate employment records. This information is also required by healthcare institutions before they pay the service fees.

3. Practicing Certificate Renewal

Q: How do I renew my practicing certificate?

A: To renew your Practicing Certificate, please visit the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) website at SMC Website and follow the instructions there. Once you have received your new certificate, reupload it by editing your profile on our app. Remember to also renew the stipulated date by clicking on ‘Practicing Certificate’ and updating the respective date.

4. Account Access Issue

Q: I’m having trouble accessing my account. What should I do?

  • The last time you were able to access your account
  • Any recent changes made to your account or device
