1. Listing a Slot
Q: How do I list a slot for locum positions on WorkWiz?
A: To list a slot, you can choose from the following options:
- Manual Listing: Shortlisted applicants will be presented for your approval. If no applicants are approved within 48 hours, the slot will be removed.
- Automated Listing: The slot is assigned to the first applicant who meets the criteria.
- Direct Listing: Communicate with specific locums before assigning slots.
Q: I need help listing a slot on WorkWiz. What should I do?
A: Follow these steps:
- Select the role (doctor, nurse, clinic assistant). If licenses are not granted, you will be redirected to our customer service.
- Decide whether you want to review applicants manually or list automatically.
- Fill in the details, confirm the summary, and list the slot.
2. Approval of Slots
Q: How do I approve slots on WorkWiz?
A: You will receive automatic email reminders for pending approvals 24 hours or 6 hours before the slot. You can also review and approve applicants directly through your dashboard by selecting the specific slot.
3. Locum No-Show
Q: What should I do if a locum does not show up?
A: We take no-shows very seriously. Please contact our WhatsApp customer support line at +65 8580 1925 or email hello@work-wiz.com. Provide the following details:
- The name of the locum
- The scheduled date and time of the shift
- Any communication you’ve had with the locum
- The impact on your operations
We will address the issue promptly and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
4. Sign-Up/Register Clinic
Q: How can I sign up or register my clinic on WorkWiz?

- Contact person name

- Contact person telephone number
- Clinic name

5. Obtaining Locum’s Number
Q: Can I get the contact number of a locum?

6. Slot Engagement Issues
Q: Why is my slot not being filled quickly?
A: Here are some tips to improve slot engagement:
- Competitive Pricing: Offer competitive rates, as many clinics are looking for temporary doctors. Rates usually range from $120-140/hour.
- Shift Length: Longer shifts (minimum 4 hours) are more attractive to doctors.

Q: What are the pricing details for hiring locums on WorkWiz?
A: For locum GP doctors, our platform is free. For locum aesthetic doctors, clinic assistants, and nurses, please provide more information about your specific needs, preferred rates, budget, and shift details.
