  • Primary Use: User and Patient data are used to facilitate the digital referral process, ensuring timely and accurate communication between GPs, Specialists, and AHPs.
  • Analytics: We may use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics to improve the Platform’s functionality and enhance user experience.
  • Marketing: We do not use Patient data for marketing purposes. User data may be used for Platform-related updates, but Users can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations. Upon termination of our services, we will return all data to you and delete our copies.
